HTC One S Users Will Not Updated

HTC One S users outraged: 3rd day this week France's representative confirms HTC, HTC One S will not be updated to Android 4.2. 

This means that One S users no opportunity to experience 5 new Sense UI that the company launched earlier this year.

Frustrated with HTC's decision a group of users for this product posted on Change.org a petition, asking Taiwanese manufacturers to reconsider their decision and conduct updates for HTC One S.

In the petition the user group said HTC had promised update to Android 4.2.2 and Sense 5 One S on Friday 28/2 and that they are seen Android 4.2.2 ROM for One S on YouTube and this model is still running good do not have any performance problems.

Currently, the petition has gathered more than 1,000 signatures of people and the number continues to rise. Below is a brief translation of the contents of the petition said.

I am a HTC phone users line One S. I was very disgusted by its recent decision on the termination of support software updates for this product. Said the new device was launched only 18 months and the death of it are without a legitimate reason.

One S is not a phone under performing. If comparable products using Qualcomm Snapdragon quad core chip now it proved to be inferior. 

In addition, the Samsung Galaxy S III or even cheap phones Galaxy Ace 3 still get Android 4.2 update. So what's the real reason is you do?

Some reports said that the reason that this product has low sales. If so, the solution to this problem is that you should work with many common network or put the product in accordance with its mid range segment  and stop run by Samsung released less than the phone sample.

The position is a follower of the One S I recommend that you should reconsider your choice and give users exactly what they want. Is not that always the HTC statement or what? Customers need to be given priority. However, I do not see that the priority here.

Once again I urge you to think again about the the One S. It really is a great smartphone a highlight of 2012. It is even higher than the performance of the One X and Samsung Galaxy S III. It truly is a remarkable device but not the new software update is seriously affecting it.

As soon as the above information is transmitted the HTC has also officially stated and it seems the company has refused to listen to the opinions of the user One S. We can confirm that the HTC One S will not receive any further Android updates and will remain in Sense and Android version now. 

We know that this information may disappoint some people but HTC customer should feel proud that we have designed the One S a perfect way to experience the amazing camera and audio.

In Vietnam communities HTC One S users are not really big. However, in a large number of forums the majority of users and both the One S users have expressed regret neutral and fairly disgruntled with the way to bring up the market by HTC.

This model are designed with a thickness of 7.8 mm, using Super AMOLED screen size of 4.3 inches and Snapdragon S3 processor speed of 1.7 GHz, 1 GB RAM and the 16 GB internal memory. 

This model is still being sold at a genuine price is 12 million, higher than the One X . When Vietnam in June of last year One S is priced at 14.2 million dong.
